Conditions of Use
Price
- Price and amount of stock are liable to change at anytime, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have sent you despatch information.
- Despite our best efforts, a small number of items in the our catalogue may be mispriced, we will verify the price when processing your order before we take the payment.
- Price of products do not include shipping fee and installation fee. The shipping fee will be calculated based the destination and method of shipment chosen and agreed upon by customer during the payment confirmation.
Payment
- Payment can be performed by Bank Transfer or by Cash in our office.
- Some products with certain quantity will require down payment before processing the order.
- Customers who have transferred the payment must confirm the payment to the related sales person by sending the proof of payment.
Shipping
- The Shipping will be processed after the payment is received, it typically takes 1-2 days to prepare the ordered products if they are in stock. Please confirm the availability and delivery time before purchasing the product.
- The ordered product will be sent to the registered address in the account information or to the address confirmed by customer before the purchasing
- The estimated shipping time and cost will be dependent on destination address. Our sales will advise the cost and method of shipment. The Customer can inform the sales person their preferred method of shipment. Alternatively, customer can also collect the products in our office.
- Orders can not be cancelled after being sent out
Return and Warranty
- Most products carry 1-year warranty. Some brands carry more than 1-year warranty, please consult the sales for more specific information.
- Seller shall not be responsible for the loss, damage, and delay due to mishandling of third party courier.
- The broken of warranty sticker or the damage caused by the improper usage of product will void the warranty.
- Claim for incorrect product must be proposed within 3 days after receiving the products.
- The incorrect product must be sent back to us within 2 days after proposing the claim.
- Once the incorect product is received and verified by seller, it will be replaced with the correct one or customer can request full refund
- Defective products are eligible for exchange within the warranted time.
